“樱桃熟了”是一款来自澳洲的巧克力棒的名字。我们来自澳大利亚的酿酒
师 Wilson Hede 采用新鲜樱桃和椰子，搭配牛奶巧克力和咖啡作为酿造原料，
让这款精酿拥有“暗黑”的颜色，却给品尝者如樱桃般甜蜜明亮的心情。
樱桃遇见巧克力创造出了鲜啤吧的樱桃棕色艾尔。想品尝这一充满创意的精

CHERRY RIPE BROWN ALE AT BEERSMITH

Cherries are known as one of the first fruits of early spring, so at Beersmith, we're
welcoming the season with our has launched Cherry Ripe Brown Ale.
Inspired by a famous chocolate bar from Australia called Cherry Ripe, our Aussie
brew master, Wilson Hede, used a combo of cherry and coconut, along with milk
chocolate and coffee, to craft this beer that’s dark in colour, but bright in mood.
Come enjoy a taste of spring at Beersmith’s Mad Dog Happy
Hour. All craft beers, ciders, house wine (by glass)
and house spirits are ‘Buy 1, Get 1 Free’
from 5 to 7 pm, Monday to Friday,
